As Chair of Harper Grey’s Workplace Law Group, Scott brings over a decade of experience representing employers and employees on a wide variety of workplace issues, including terminations, wrongful dismissals, drafting and enforcing contracts, and more. His diverse practice informs the unique perspective that he brings to each one of his files. Scott is one of Harper Grey’s in-house authorities on human rights law and has successfully represented clients before the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal. He also assists physicians, pharmacists, naturopathic doctors, physiotherapists, massage therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, social workers, dentists, chiropractors, and other health professionals in both civil and regulatory matters. During his career, Scott has become known for his compassionate demeanor, working tirelessly for his clients to produce the best possible outcome. Respected for his approachability and legal acuity, Scott’s reputation in the profession precedes him. An avid writer and speaker, Scott frequently contributes to Harper Grey’s Workplace Strategies Blog and presents at webinars, seminars, and other events throughout the year.
